Character description: A half elfin half wraithen Lieutenant of a war division in the imperial guard of his kingdom. Known as the Blue Dragon of Death (or of the dead/hell/suffering depending on how you translate it), he's a feared entity on any battlefield even to his own forces, despite being a very space brained quirky klutz.
